Welcome To

AeroMotion Canada

AeroMotion Canada is a Transport Canada and EASA Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO 22-06) established in 2006. We are located in a 12,000 sq-ft facility in the western Montreal area and have certifications on Pratt & Whitney Canada PW100 & PW150 engines, all GE CF34, GE90 engines and all components associated with those engines.

Our specialty is to remove / clean / inspect / repair and re-install QEC components to allow airlines to quickly install an engine following a shop visit to an engine overhaul facility for major refurbishment or overhaul. In addition to QEC, we are equipped to tear-down engines and QEC packages, inspect and re-certify components issuing TC FORM 1/EASA FORM 1 Maintenance Releases, and carry out repairs such as top-case and hot section refurbishment. We can also serve our customers by carrying out surveillance for engines in an overhaul shop for repair to ensure that you are getting the best service and bang for your buck. We offer many more consulting services such as logbook & hardware review for those thinking of buying/selling used engines.

Borescoping engines using our two state-of-the-art KARL STORZ 5mm X 2.0M or GE 4mm  videoborescopes is another one of our specialities. We can produce still pictures as well as video and accurate laser measurements of damage.
